Returns

Our focus at Aspinwall is to make the highest quality products available. We also believe highly in our customer relationship. Any garment purchased carries a warranty on any manufacturers defect up to one year. Contact us with any questions you may have.

If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the prices of the item only. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

No returns on promotional sale items. 

Exchanges
We can assist with a return and a new order with free shipping over the phone, via email or in our Downtown Billings location. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Defective / Wrong Items
In the rare instance that your order arrives defective or incorrect, please take a picture of the item and send it to info@aspinwall.com along with your order number and first and last name. Please explain in the email what the issue is, and we will respond with an email letting you know how we are going to help you.
